Poland - Michael Craig Hirschbeck, 27, who suffered from Adrenoleukodystrophy(ALD) died April 8, 2014 at his residence.
Michael was born October 23, 1986 in Youngstown, son of John and Denise Mann Hirschbeck.
He was a 2006 Poland Seminary High School graduate and previously worked in the factory at Gia Russa Company.
Michael had a passion for baseball and spent numerous trips with his dad. He was a batboy for many major league teams, having made countless friends along the way including players, coaches, managers, and umpires.
Michael loved life and his family and his infectious smile will be missed by all.
He was a member of Poland Presbyterian Church.
Michael is survived by his parents, John and Denise Hirschbeck of Poland; two sisters, Erin Hirschbeck of Tampa, FL and Megan Hirschbeck of Columbus, OH; maternal grandmother, Mary Ina Jones of Poland, OH; paternal grandparents, Jack and Eleanor Hirschbeck of Stratford, CT; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Bob Jones; and his brother, John Drew Hirschbeck.
Services will be held at 11:00AM Saturday at the new Davis-Becker Funeral Home, 8536 Market St. Boardman, OH 44512 . Interment will follow at Poland Riverside Cemetery.
Friends and family will be received Friday from 4:00-7:00PM and Saturday at 10:00-10:45AM at the funeral home.
