Michael M. Fiorentine

Michael M. Fiorentine, 42, of Struthers died Thursday at his home. He was born February 26, 1975 in Youngstown, Ohio a son of Michael and Nancy (Glass) Fiorentine and was a lifelong area resident.

Michael was a 1993 graduate of Struthers High School and was an avid Cleveland Indians and Cavs fan. He enjoyed trips to the casinos, and his family vacations.

Although he faced many struggles and difficulties throughout his life, Michael was a devoted father to his three daughters who were the love of his life. He enjoyed taking them to sporting events and other activities. He looked forward to taking them on beach vacations.

Michael was a great guy and will always be remembered as a kind and loving person who will be truly missed by all, especially his parents, Michael and Arlene Fiorentine of Struthers, he leaves his three daughters, Tristyn, and twins, Sabina and Sophie at home; his brother, Thomas (Tammy) Kopnicky of Struthers; Three sisters,Tami (David) Slaina of Struthers. Lisa (Geoff) Malcomson of Columbiana, and Nicole (Ryan) Hively of Canfield; ten nieces and nephews, and many cousins, aunts, and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy (Glass) Fiorentine, and his grandparents, Mike and Laura Fiorentine, Matt and Melva Glass, and Carl and Rose Altiero.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday January 9, 2018 at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home in Poland followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. at Christ Our Savior Parish, St. Nicholas in Struthers with Father Martin Celuch officiating. Friends may call from 3-7:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks consideration to be made for contributions to offset expenses.
