Matilda Gogesch

POLAND âa�" Services will be 1 pm Tuesday at the Cunningham Becker Funeral Home, Poland Chapel, for Matilda Gogesch 90, of Poland who passed Wednesday morning at Hospice of Northern Kentucky In-Patient Unit. Miss Gogesch was born Mar. 6, 1916 in Campbell, a daughter of Steve and Mary Uskat Gogesch and was a lifelong area resident. She was employed by the Campbell Board of Education as a high school English teacher for more than 30 years, Miss Gogesch was a graduate of Campbell Memorial High School, received her Bachelors in Education from Youngstown College and her Masters from the University of Pittsburgh. She was a member of Gospel Baptist Church in Poland, a member of National Education Association and local and state teachers associations. Miss. Gogesch is survived by a brother, William (Ella) Gogesch of Phoenix, Arizona; a niece, Gretchen Gogesch of Florence, Kentucky; and a nephew, William Gogesch, Jr. of Bishop, California. She was preceded in death by her parents. Material contributions may take the form of donations to Hospice of Northern Kentucky, 85 Grand Avenue, Ft. Thomas, Kentucky 41075.
