MaryJane (DeLuca) Stevens, 83 passed away peacefully on January 18, 2017. MaryJane was born January 7, 1934 in Newport, PA. She was the youngest child of Carmelo (Charles) and Anna Maria DeLuca. At the age of 16 she and her parents moved to Newark NJ. In 1951 MaryJane graduated from East Side High School.
In 1963 she became a member and eventually President of Beta Sigma Phi International (NJ Chapter).
MaryJane worked for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (Middlesex County Chapter) where she met her best friend, Dorothy Wackar.
She retired from RHEOX, Inc. in 1999.
In 2000, MaryJane moved to Boardman, OH to be near family.
She was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, Newcomers and The Friends of the Boardman Library.
She enjoyed travel, reading, music, the ocean, restaurants, live theater, movies, chocolate and her beloved cat "Mister. "
MaryJane loved shoes, HGTV and cardinals.
She will be sadly missed by her children, Paula Stevens, LeeAnn (Joe) Pendergrass and Mark (Bonnie Brztowski) Stevens; Grandchildren, Elaine, Elena, Antonio, Elisabeth and Walter; Great Grandchildren, Selin and John.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Josephine Boova, Kay Kapp and Irene Campbell and brothers, Joseph and Charles DeLuca.
The family wishes to thank Private Home Health Care and Hospice of the Valley for the excellent care given to their Mother.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, January 22, 2017 at 5:00PM at the Davis-Becker Funeral Home, 8536 Market St., Boardman.

Friends and family will be received from 4:00-4:50PM prior to service.
