Campbell - Mary Helen Spisak, 94, of Campbell, died Thursday evening at Assumption Village. Mrs. Spisak was born March 21, 1914 in Struthers, a daughter of Valent and Elizabeth Tarajcak Kozusko. She was raised in Struthers and moved to Campbell in 1941. Mrs. Spisak was a member of St. John the Baptist Church in Campbell where she was a member of Infant Jesus of Prague, the Ladies Guild, and the Altar and Rosary Society. Her husband, Andrew T. Spisak, whom she married September 9, 1936, died June 18, 1996. She leaves her daughter, Mary Alice Borkesz of Austintown; two brothers, Valent Kozusko of Campbell and John Kozusko of Farrell, Pa.; one granddaughter, Mary Beth Housel of Cleveland; and one great-grandson, Robert Joseph Housel of Cleveland. Besides her parents and husband, Mrs. Spisak was preceded in death by one son, Rev. Thomas Spisak; two brothers, Joseph Kozusko and Andrew Kozusko; two sisters, Elizabeth Kozusko and Veronica Elosh; two step-sisters, Catherine Micenko and Anne Karsnak; and one step-brother, Steven Kozusko. Funeral services will be held Monday at 9:15 a.m. at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers and 10:00 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Church with Rev. Msgr. John A. Zuraw officiating.
