Mary Edana Pyne, 60 WASHINGTON, D.C. ¬ Mary Edana Pyne, 60, died on the evening of Dec. 20, 2008 at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C. Mary was born May 26, 1948, a daughter of the late Agnes E. and James E. Pyne. She graduated from Ursuline High School, and attended Georgetown University and Catholic University in Washington, D.C., receiving her Bachelor of Science and two Master¹s Degrees. She was employed for more than 20 years at Georgetown University after receiving her CPA. She traveled extensively and studied in Spain during her early years of college. She leaves behind her aunt, Sophia Simko of Youngstown; and cousins Nancy Bensinger and Susan Sefcik of Poland, Carol Volponi of Mars, Pa., Barbara Calafati of Mertztown, Pa. Jean Mancini, Joan Natyshak and Jane Little all of Youngstown. She will also be greatly missed by her closest friends, JoAnn Rosenmund of Virginia; Sue Campbell of Colorado; Claudio Leal, Marian ³Bunny² Newsome, and Gertie Chadwick all of Washington, D.C., as well as her neighbors of Hampshire Gardens Washington, D.C. Memorial Mass will be Saturday, Jan. 10, at 10 a.m. at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 400 Lincoln Park Drive, Youngstown.
