"Together Again"
Canfield - Mary J. Pitzulo, 87 of Knauf Road in Canfield, formerly of Lowellville, died Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at the Hospice House.

Mrs. Pitzulo was born October 18, 1922 in Youngstown, a daughter of Joseph and Sandra Ross Amendol, and was a life long area resident.

Mrs. Pitzulo was a member of the Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, and a former member of the Mt. Carmel Society.  She loved to cook, play bingo and enjoyed traveling to Florida, and most of all spending time with her family.

Her husband, James L. Pitzulo whom she married August 28, 1948, died June 13, 2004

She leaves two daughters, Sandra Albanese of St. Petersburg, FL, and Nancy (Pat ) Klingensmith of Canfield; a son Anthony (Marilyn) Pitzulo of Indianapolis, IN; eleven grandchildren, Carol Zieroff, Stacey Pitts, Bill Repko, Ryan (Amanda) Repko, James Pitzulo, Daniel Pitzulo, Renee (David) Chase, Laramie Brewer, Mandy Brewer, Leslie (Grant) Deaton and Tamara (Tony) Antonaccio, Nine great-grandchildren - Griffen Madden, James Pitzulo, Gracia Pitzulo, Gabe Pitzulo, Madilyn Chase, Grant Jackson Deaton, Kirsten Pitts, Leonard James (L.J.) Pitts and Czara Klingensmith; three sisters, Helen (Lou) Chuirazzi of Niles, Jean Sandora of FL, Carmel Morabito of Youngstown, one brother, Bill (Bertha) Amendol of Youngstown and a sister-in-law Thelma Amendol of Youngstown.

Besides her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a brother Art Amendol, and two brothers-in law, John Sandora and James Morabito.

Mrs. Pitzulo's family would like to thank the doctors and staff at the Hospice House, the University Hospital in Cleveland and Briarfield Manor in Austintown for the wonderful care given to her.

Family and friends will be received Sunday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home in Lowellville, where prayer services will be held Monday at 10:00 am

Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at 10:30 am at the Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church.  Interment will follow at the Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Cemetery.
