Mary Jane Mehley

Struthers - Mary Jane Mehley, 86, died July 28, 2015 at her home, surrounded by her family. Mary Jane was born December 21, 1928 in Struthers, daughter of the late John and Catherine Skokan Novotny.
She was a 1949 graduate of Struthers High School and enjoyed baking, cooking and playing Bingo. She was employed in the cafeteria at Struthers High School, retiring in 1989. She was a member of Infant Jesus of Prague Byzantine Catholic Church and the Croatian Mothers.
She leaves her two daughters, Marsha (Al) Pandl of Port St. Lucie, FL and Maureen Kredel of Boardman; her son, Martin Mehley of Poland; two grandchildren, Mark Mehley and Megan Kredel; and her sister, Bette Rosse of Hillsville, PA; and her granddogs, Snickers, Taffy, Lucie, Sunshine, Lexi and Gino.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Mehley; her brothers, Mike, John, James and Joseph Novotny; her sisters, Margaret Hudak, Anna Susman, Helen Boccio, Irene Kollar, Dorosthy Novotny and Mary Novotny; and her son-in-law, Dennis Kredel.
Graveside services will be private for the family.
