Mary H. Ipe

Mary H. Ipe, 85 St. Cloud- Mary H. Ipe, 85 of Atlas Drive, St. Cloud, Florida, died Sunday night at St. Cloud Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Ipe was born August 3, 1921 in Youngstown, a daughter of Robert and Davina Harris Jardine. She lived in Youngstown until moving to Florida in 1999. She was a 1940 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School and graduated from Fort Wayne Bible College in 1949. She was a nurseâa�a��s aide for the former Southside Medical Center and then for St. Elizabeth Hospital. She was a former member of the Evangel Baptist Church in Boardman and a member of Grace Community Church in St. Cloud. She was a member of the Brownlee Woods Garden Club. Her husband David Ipe whom she married March 29, 1958 died March 15, 2002. She leaves one daughter, Deborah (Arthur Brent III) Gettings of St. Cloud, Florida; three grandchildren, James Gettings III, Nicole Gettings and Melissa Janicke and six great- grandchildren; two nieces, Davina Gosnell and Dorothy Delsol; and two nephews, Jackie Jardine and Jason Ipe. Two sisters, Davina Barcus and Margaret Gosnell and two brothers, Robert and John Jardine preceded her in death. Funeral services will be Friday, 11:00 AM at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers. Friends may call Thursday from 5-8 PM and Friday from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM at the funeral home. A memorial service will be 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 10, 2006 at Holopaw Baptist Church in St. Cloud, Florida.
