Martin Gbur

Martin Gbur, 76 BOARDMAN- Martin Gbur, 76, of Boardman Community Care Center died Wednesday evening. He was born in Lowellville on November 11,1926, a son of Matthew and Veronica Gbur He was a lifelong area resident. Mr. Gbur was a motor inspector at Sharon Steel, retiring in 1986. He was also a Merchant Marine. He leaves one daughter, Valerie Fracul of Montana; a son, Kenneth Gbur of Youngstown; three sisters, Mary Seman of Struthers, Dorothy (Dan) Fry of Arizona, and Margaret (Steve) Planey of Boardman; three brothers, Clement of Craig Beach, John (Barbara) of Ashtabula, and Paul (Ladona) of Lowellville; a sister in law Virginia Gbur (wife of Charles), a daughter in law, Renie Gbur and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. One son, Martin, a sister, Veronica ; and three brothers, Matthew, Charles, and George preceded him in death. Funeral Services will be held Monday 10:00 AM at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers. Friends may call Sunday from 5-7 PM and Monday 9:00-9:45 AM at the funeral home.
