Poland- Marion Polombi, 87, died September 11, 2017 at Masternick Memorial.
Mrs. Polombi was born February 12, 1930 in Youngstown, a daughter of Valicko and Anna Lozzo Atanasoff.
She was a 1948 South High School graduate. Marion was in the beauty industry for many years. She was a member of Christ Our Savior Parish @ St. Nicholas. She enjoyed gardening, her home, cooking, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Her husband Alfred, whom she married in 1949, died in 1998.
She is survived by one daughter, Melinda Reeveley of North Lima; three son-in-laws Thomas Reeveley of Poland, Joseph Puglia Sr. of Bessemer; and Michael Kitt of North Lima; one brother, John Atanasoff of California; three grandchildren, Sara, Joseph, Andrew; five great-grandchildren, Takoda, Ryker, Trulee, Katie Sue, and Amara; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents and husband, Marion was preceded in death by one daughter, Suzanne Puglia; and numerous siblings.
A prayer service will be held Friday at 10:00AM at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, 270 N. Main St., Poland, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Christ Our Savior Parish@ St. Nicholas at 10:30 AM with Fr. Martin Celuch officiating. Interment will follow at Lake Park Cemetery, Youngstown.
A luncheon will follow at the Becker Family Center at the funeral home.
Friends and family will be received Friday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the funeral home.
