Margaret L. Pusser Smith, 77 Salem- Margaret L. Smith, 77, of Blossom Nursing Home formerly of Elm Street in Struthers died of complications from diabetes Sunday morning at the nursing home. Mrs. Smith was born November 13, 1927 in Struthers a daughter of George S. Sr., and Mildred L. Hinson Pusser. She was a life-long area resident of Struthers until moving to Blossom Rehabilitation Center three years ago. Following her graduation from Struthers High School in 1947, Mrs. Smith worked as a payroll clerk for the Youngstown Sheet & Tube. She later worked for Tyco Toys and Childrenâa�a��s Palace. She was a member of the Struthers Presbyterian church, itâa�a��s choir and Gioras Sunday School Class. Her husband Raymond A, âa�A"Smittyâa�A� Smith whom she married September 27, 1950 died December 16, 1984. She leaves two sisters, Georgina Buckles of Struthers and Carolyne (John) Shramo of Lake Milton; one brother George S. (Bonnie) Pusser, Jr., of Corinth, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by two brothers, Percy and Frederick Pusser. Funeral services will be Thursday, 10:00 AM at the Struthers Presbyterian Church. Friends may call Wednesday from 5-8 PM at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home and Thursday from 9 until 9:45 AM in church.
