Mabel A. Shilling âa�" 78 STRUTHERS âa�" Mabel A. Shilling, 78, of 240 Center St., died Friday morning at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Mrs. Shilling was born on March 7, 1929 in Petersburg, a daughter of Paul & Helen Myers Sheely. She was a 1947 graduate of Lowellville High School and loved to play Bingo and play cards with her grandchildren. Her husband, Kenneth Lee Shilling, whom she married November 24 1949, died June 27, 1985. She is survived by two sons, Dennis (Karen) Shilling of Poland and Ted Shilling of Struthers; one daughter, Judy (Earl) Haddle of Boardman; five sisters, Bernita Vernon of Struthers, Harriet Vaparides of New Middletown, Mary Lou (Ray) Kish of Campbell, LaVerne (Richard) Tynal of Youngstown, and Irene Butch of Edinburg; one brother, Eugene (Alice) Sheely of Georgia; six grandchildren, Tammy (Jerry) Cracraft, Jeremy Haddle, Jamie Haddle, Shannon Shilling, Shawn (Jenny) Shilling, and Ryan Patterson; and five great-grandchildren, Justin Decker, Todd Decker, Jr., Brittany Decker, Christian Shilling, and Katelyn Shilling. Besides her parents and husband, Mrs. Shilling is preceded in death by five brothers, Wilson, Glenn, Gerald, Fred and Bill Sheely, and two sisters, Betty Steese and Emma Reale.
