Lucille A. Johnson, 86 Poland- Lucille A. Johnson, 86, of 128 Luteran Lane died Tuesday afternoon at her residence. Mrs. Johnson was born in Youngstown May 2, 1919, a daughter of Herman and Clara Eggert Frondorf. She was a 1937 graduate of South High School and a homemaker. She was a member of the Astro Weight Club, Poland Extension Club. She was also a member of the Struthers Baptist Tabernacle Church, where she was in the missionary club and was a pianist. She was a n avid quilter and was a leader of the 4H in Poland Township. Her husband William Thomas ,whom she married November 9, 1937, died June 1, 1997. She leaves three daughters, Barbara (Ben) Colangelo of Poland, Susan Johnson of Struthers, and Bertie Medicus of Youngstown and significant other Jack Runyan.; two sons, William T (Shirley). Johnson Jr. of Pleasantville, PA and Timothy (Mary Kay) Johnson of Canfield; a brother, Charles (Eleanor) Frondorf of Oxford, OH;17 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren; two sister in laws, Elizabeth Conant of The Plains, , OH and Frances Frondorf of Austintown. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Clarence, Paul, Ralph, and Sidney Frondorf. Funeral services will be Saturday 12:30PM at Struthers Baptist Tabernacle, 305 Elm St. in Struthers. Friends may call Friday from 5-8PM at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers and one hour prior at the church. Donations may be given to the Struthers Baptist Tabernacle Church.
