Struthers - Lowella E. Fleet, 66, formerly of Youngstown's West Side, died April 26, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center after an extended illness.
Mrs. Fleet was born December 6, 1948 in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Lowell and Alice Smith Williams.
She was a 1967 graduate of Chaney High School. Mrs. Fleet owned and operated her own interior decorating business called Wallpaper N' Stuff for over 15 years on Market Street. After the closing of her store, she worked as a sales associate at La-Z-Boy and England Furniture, both in Boardman.
Some of Lowella's favorite things to do included reading, playing computer games, and watching movies, especially science fiction, Star Trek, and the Walking Dead. An animal lover, Lowella enjoyed her many years of companionship from her pets.
Lowella is survived by her two daughters, Amanda (Robert) Mackie of Struthers and Sara (Corey) Michaliszyn of Canfield; 11 grandchildren, Alex, Allyson, Erica, Samantha, Stephanie, Kaitlyn, Timothy, Megan, Ryan, Riley, and Natalie; and three great-grandchildren, Noah, Ann, and Micah.
A funeral service will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, 270 N. Main St., Poland. Interment will follow at Hubbard Union Cemetery.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
