Lois Eleanor Kirkham

Struthers - Lois Eleanor Kirkham, 84, of Struthers, died Thursday afternoon at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown.
Lois was born April 11, 1926 in Youngstown, a daughter of Ernest and Clare Ebert Nolt.
A life-long resident of Struthers, Lois was a 1945 graduate of Struthers High School. At one time she was a secretary for Struthers United Methodist Church, Calvary Baptist Church, and a doctor's office. Lois enjoyed crafts such as crocheting and ceramics and loved playing bingo. When her husband was alive, she accompanied him on his fishing trips. Lois was a animal lover and was always donating to numerous animal charities.
Her husband Victor, whom she married April 29, 1946, died April 19, 2006. Lois is survived by one son, Tom Kirkham of Troy, OH; one daughter, Marsha (Jim) Fox of Struthers; one brother, Ernest "Cliff" (Glenda) Nolt of San Jose, CA; six grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents and husband, Lois was preceded in death by one son, David Kirkham; and one sister, Lacia Roh.
Funeral services will be held Monday, 11:00 AM at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers with Rev. Gerald Fennell officiating. Interment will follow at the Lake Park Cemetery, Youngstown.
Friends will be received Monday from 9:30 AM until 10:45 AM at the funeral home.
