Canfield - Linda K. Longo, 81, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2024 at the Hospice House, surrounded by those who loved her dearly.
She was born August 15, 1942 in Cleveland, a daughter of the late Anthony and Ann (Samsa) Longo. She graduated from Cardinal Mooney High School, and worked as an event planner for many years at Antone's Banquet Centre.
Linda had an impeccable sense of style and a talent for design and decor. A true fashionista, she was always put together with elegance and flair, and had a unique gift for making the ordinary extraordinary. She adored her dog, Louie, and found joy in shopping and spending time at the beach. She was known for her wit, intelligence, and sense of humor, which could brighten any room, and as an avid reader, she enjoyed biographies, memoirs, and crime novels to name a few. Confident and determined, Linda knew what she wanted in life and pursued it with passion.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her sisters Candice Kacvinsky of Poland, and Ann Marie Longo of Columbiana; her niece, Christina Marie Kacvinsky of Canfield; and her canine companion, Louie.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joseph Baiocco.
Per her wishes, there will be no calling hours or services.
The family requests that any material contributions may be made to the Hospice House, 9803 Sharrott Road, Poland, OH 44514, in her memory.
