BOARDMAN - Lillian R. Zarisky, 84, died Feb. 15, 2012, at Caprice Health Center.
Lillian was born July 4, 1927, in Cleveland, a daughter of Richard and Anna David Koloff. She was homemaker who was a lifelong area resident.
She leaves her husband, Thomas Zarisky; a daughter, Pamela James of Boardman; a son, Thomas Zarisky Jr. of Canfield; two sisters, Irene Wagner of New Springfield and Patricia Zack of Henderson, Nev.; a brother, Richard Koloff of Tampa, Fla.; six grandchildren, Billy (Dana) Switzer of Indianapolis, Ind., Ian and Evan James, both of Boardman, Samantha Courtney of Boardman, Alicia Zarisky of Medina, and Jessica Zarisky of Toronto, Ohio; and a great-grandchild, Claudia Switzer of Indianapolis.
Besides her parents, Lillian was preceded in death by a daughter, Claudia Switzer; two brothers, Edward Koloff and David Staneff; and two sisters, Barbara Reed and Rita Kroker.
A memorial service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home in Struthers, with Pastor David Hill officiating.
