Kenneth Ross Carson

Poland - Kenneth Ross Carson, 60, of Poland, OH, died Tuesday, August 7, 2007 at the UPMC Passavant Cranberry Emergency Room. Mr. Carson was born July 27, 1947 in Charleroi, PA, the son of Ross M. and Betty M. Carson, Jr. He was a 1966 graduate of Charleroi High School and received his B.A. in Education from the California State Teacher's College now known as the California University of PA. Mr. Carson was an Industrial Arts teacher for United High School for 12 years. Most recently, he was working as a Sales Representative for Frank E. Kahsar Sales Inc. since 1997. Mr. Carson enjoyed collecting and working on cars and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He was also an animal lover. Besides his parents of Charleroi, Mr. Carson leaves his son, Robert (Michelle) Carson of Evans City, PA; his daughter, Jennifer (James) Morgan of Belleville, IL; his sister, Susan Sosanko of Charleroi, PA; his brother, Thomas (Tawny) Carson of Charleroi, PA; and his dear friend and companion, Geri Crawford of Struthers. Funeral services will be held Saturday, 11:00 a.m. at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland. Friends will be received Friday from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
