Struthers - Keith A. Richards, 54, died Friday evening, March 21, 2014 at his home surrounded by family and friends.
Keith was born October 19, 1959 in Jacksonville, NC, a son of Neal and Catherine "Cathy" Felton Richards.
He attended Woodrow Wilson and worked for many years in construction with various companies in the area. Most recently, Keith worked for the Juvenile Justice Center in maintenance for 14 years.
An outdoorsman, Keith enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working in both his vegetable and flower gardens. In his free time, he also enjoyed admiring and working on cars and trucks.
Keith was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
Keith leaves his wife, the former Jacquelyn Parker, whom he married October 26, 1991; two children, Keith W. "Will" Richards and Donna Jean Richards, both at home; mother, Cathy Richards of Austintown; father, Neal (Damaris) Richards of Inglis, FL; three brothers, Kenneth (Wendy) Richards of Boardman, Scott (Leslie) Richards of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and Steven (Michele) Richards of Poland; two step-brothers, Jose (Megan) Araya of Tarpin springs, FL and Michael Araya of Merritt Island, FL.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home in Struthers.
Family and friends will be received Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. and Wednesday from 10-10:45 a.m. at the funeral home, prior to the service.
Keith's family would like to express their appreciation and thanks Hospice of the Valley for the wonderful care and support they provided to both him and his family.
