Boardman - Karen A. Rochow, 57, of Boardman, died suddenly, Tuesday morning, February 17, 2015 at her residence.
Karen was born February 6, 1958 in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Eleanor Richus.
Karen was a 1976 graduate of Canfield High School. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Kent State University and went on to Paralegal School. She held the honor of being the very first Paralegal listed on the Mahoning County Bar Association.
Karen worked at Comstock Springer & Wilson Co., LPA for over 30 years and she loved her work.
A large part of her life was traveling with her husband throughout the United States and Canada, most recently, Australia, New Zealand, South America, and Europe. Karen's favorite was Paris, France and the Eiffel Tower. They also loved the Caribbean Islands, Mexico and Tahiti. Karen loved going to country music concerts, locally and across the country.
She leaves to cherish her memory, the love of her life for 39 years, her husband Richard Rochow, whom she married August 7, 1982; and sister-n-law, Janice (Edward) Brant of Poland.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, 2:00 PM at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland.
Family and friends will be received Saturday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
