Karen L. Lindsay, 59. went home to be with the Lord, June 28, 2013. She was born in Youngstown May 22, 1954 to Robert and Barbara (Cantrell) West.
Karen was a member of Margaret Wynn Memorial Baptist Church in Poland, a 1972 graduate of Poland Seminary High School and worked in the insurance industry for 33 years.
Her greatest joys was spending time with her husband and working in her yard.
She touched many lives, and even in death gave her greatest gift as an organ donor.
Besides her parents, she leaves her husband, John Lindsay, whom she married Aug. 26, 1989; one brother, Robert West Jr. of Boardman; one sister, Michele Best of Poland; one nephew, Robert West III of Struthers; and one niece, Richele Best of Poland.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. July 10, 2103 at Margaret Wynn Memorial Baptist Church, 56 Water St. in Poland. Arrangements are being handled by the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home in Poland.
