June C. Baringer

June C. Baringer, 76 Salem- June C. Baringer, 76, died Thursday morning at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on June 21, 1928, a daughter of David Henry and Grace Robins Sitter. She was originally from Flint, Michigan, but came to this area November 2003. Mrs. Baringer was an Emergency Medical Technician for Durand Vernon Ambulance in Durand, Michigan. She was a member of First Presbyterian in Flint, Michigan where sang in the chancel choir and attended the First Christian Church in Salem. Her husband Robert Norman Baringer, whom she married May 20, 1949, died on March 1, 1973. She leaves two daughters, Vicki (Robert) Casey of Salem, OH and Robin Mullins of Youngstown, OH; two sons, Mark (Jeannie) Baringer of Saginaw, MI and Michael (Mary Clark) Baringer of Flint, MI; 10 grandchildren ;and 3 great-grandchildren Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruth Salisbury and Dorothy Green; and a brother, Donald Sitter. A memorial service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church in Flint, MI Wednesday February 16, 2005 at 1:30PM.
