Judith Carol Sasaran, 81

Youngstown: Judith Carol Sasaran, 81, passed away peacefully on June 30, 2019 at Masternick's Memorial Center in New Middletown with her loving family by her side.

Judith was born September 5, 1937 in Youngstown, the daughter of the late James F. and Francis (Wolfe) Myers.

She graduated from Chaney High School in 1955 and was a lifelong area resident.

Judith worked for the General Electric, Youngstown Lamp Plant Division for over 37 years and was a devoted, wife, mother grandmother and sister.

She enjoyed playing cards and enjoyed visiting casinos with her brother, James.

Judith is survived by two sons, Brian (Megan) Martin of Youngstown and Keith C. (Karen Novotny) Martin of Frederick, MD; three grandchildren, Cindy Martin of Youngstown, Francesa Martin of Frederick, Maryland and Jeff Martin of Youngstown, a brother, James Myers of Poland, along with several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Judith was preceded in death by her husband, Eli Sasaran, whom she married in 1993 and passed way in 2012.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 5, 2019 at 7 p.m. at Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, 270 N. Main Street in Poland with Reverend James Berkebile officiating. Family and friends may call on Friday from 5:00 to 6:45 p.m. at the funeral home, with funeral services to follow at 7 p.m. Interment will take place at Lake Park Cemetery in Youngstown.

Judith will be missed by her family and friends dearly.
