POLAND - Private services were held today for Mrs. Josephine F. Glavan, 83, of Poland, Ohio, who died Friday after a long illness in Sunrise of Poland.
Mrs. Glavan was born June 3, 1930, in Youngstown, Ohio, a daughter of Frank and Stella Gerlock. She worked for Glavan Builders until retiring in 1986.
She leaves her husband, Edward, whom she married June 23, 1951; a son, Edward F. Glavan, Jr. (Elke) of Altlussheim, Germany, a son, Kenneth A. Glavan (Carmella) of Villa Hills, Kentucky, a daughter, Janice F. Glavan (George Agiovlasitis) of Scottsdale, Arizona; and two grandchildren, Kendall and Alexander.
