Joseph T. Sikora, 87 Poland-Joseph T. Sikora of 8550 Chesterton Dr. died Tuesday afternoon at St. Elizabeth Health Care Center. Mr. Sikora was born March 5, 1919 in Campbell a son of John and Josephine Bocek Sikora and was a lifelong area resident. He worked at Operating Engineers Local #66. He was a F&AM Poland Lodge #766, where he was 32 Degree of the Scottish Rite Valley of Youngstown. He was Past High Priest of Ashlar Chapter #213, Past Illustrious Master of Buechner Council #107, Sir Knight of St. Johnâa�a��s Commandery #20. He was a member of the Mahoning Valley Polo Club and the Poland Presbyterian Church. He was a veteran of the United States Army during WWII. He leaves his wife the former Jane Johns, whom he married April 9,1960; two daughters, Audra (Zel) Bush of Poland and Penny Mayhew of Aliquippa, PA; a son Duane Sikora of Boardman; two sisters, Virginia Fluent and Stella Venditti; six grandchildren, Justin Sikora; Phoebe and Chloe Bush; Matthew and Shalynn Mayhew; and Tyler Milton; a great granddaughter, Lydia Juric. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Frank, John, and Edward Sikora; three sisters, Nellie Whan, Tina Butia, and Helen Zedaker; and a daughter, Melynnie Milton. There will be no services or calling hours. Donations may be sent to Hospice of the Valley 5190 Market St. Boardman, OH 44512.
