Joe was born January 13, 1972 in Struthers, a son of Joel and Phyllis Freese Neider.
He was a welder and enjoyed his motorcycle and snakes.
Joe is survived by both his parents; a brother, Joel Neider Jr. of Struthers; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Graveside services will be held at Lake Park Cemetery, Monday at 1:00 PM. Arrangements are being handled by Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers.
