Struthers - Joseph Thomas Gregorace, 58, of Struthers, died February 7, 2015 at Hospice House.
Joe was born February 29, 1956 in Youngstown, a son of Joseph and Mary Mauerman Gregorace.
He was a 1974 graduate of North High School. He was a baker and his last job was in security for Moritz Security.
Joe was a member of Christ Our Savior Parish at St. Nicholas Church and enjoyed yard work and old cars.
He leaves his wife, the former Darlene Maizel, whom he married, Feb. 14, 1998; his mother-in-law, Rose Maizel, with whom he made his home; a son, Richard Pollo of Struthers; a daughter, Kayla Gregorace; a brother, Anthony (Kim) Gregorace of Greenville, OH; sisters-in-law, Patty, Kathy, Susan, and Layla Gregorace, Mary Ann (Ernie) Valley, Jackie (Mike) Pollo, and Sandy (Ron) Kolbrich.
Besides his parents, Joseph was preceded in death by brothers, Robert, Donald, Kenny, Frank, John, and Rick Gregorace.
A prayer service will be held Wednesday at 10:15AM at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, 11 Spring St. Struthers, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00AM at Christ Our Savior Parish at St. Nicholas.
Friends and family will be received Tuesday from 4-7PM at the funeral home.
The family would like to thank Jimmy and Karen at Hospice of the Valley as well as special cousin Pam Carroll for their excellent care.
