John Pitzulo

Lowellville- John Pitzulo, 88, of 4671 New Castle Rd. died Tuesday evening at St. Elizabeth Health Center. Mr. Pitzulo was born in Lowellville June 18, 1916, a son of Joseph and Maria Aurillo Pitzulo. He worked at Sharon Steel for 40 years, retiring in 1977. He was a member of Holy Rosary Church. He was a veteran of the United States Army during WWII His wife the former, Ann Cammareri, who he married December 31, 1942, died March 17, 1989. He leaves nine sons, Joseph, Anthony, John, Peter, Thomas, Mike, Sam, Morris, and Teddy Pitzulo; one sister, Tina Romeo-Segretario; two brothers, Dominic and Bruno Romeo; and 20 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by Carmen, Jimmy, Frank, and Tony Pitzulo; and two sisters, Carmella Alfano, and Rosemary Pitzulo.
