John E. Brezinski

March 30, 1950 — June 16, 2018

Austintown - John E. Brezinski, 68, passed away on Saturday evening, June 16, 2018 at Hospice of the Valley's Hospice House.

John was born March 30, 1950 in Youngstown, a son of the late Joseph N. and Edith A. (Bowser) Brezinski.

A lifelong resident of the Mahoning Valley, John attended Woodrow Wilson High School and received his GED. He was a multiple trade school graduate and completed an apprenticeship program as a journeyman millwright at Commercial Intertech, where he later retired from.

John will be sadly missed by his caring best friend and loving wife, Sandra (Mesicko) Brezinski, whom he was blessed to marry on September 9, 1983.

He will also be missed by his stepson, Jeffrey (Jennifer) Diamantes of Howland and their three loving children, Jeffrey Jr., Carrie, and Alexis, who John enjoyed interacting with, teaching, sending on vacation, and always visiting with.

He also leaves behind two brothers, Michael E. (Tae Sun) Brezinski of Tacoma, WA and Joseph N. (Maria) Brezinski Jr. of Las Vegas, NV; one sister, Anita L. Miller of Columbiana; and his four-legged companion, Tootsie.

In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by three sisters, Joann Trolio, Patricia Bable, and Debbie Brezinski; and his stepson, Nick Diamantes.

Per John's wishes, there will be no calling hours or service. Interment will take place at Lake Park Cemetery.
