NEW MIDDLETOWN - Jerry Charles Keltz, 64, of New Middletown, fell asleep in death on Tuesday, December 23, 2014.

Jerry was born on June 14, 1950 in Youngstown, Ohio, a son of James and Clara Aeppli Keltz.
