Jeffrey Scullen

Campbell - Jeffrey J. Scullen, 62, of Campbell, passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at the Hospice House surrounded by his family.

Born September 27, 1962 in Youngstown, he was the son of the late James and Patricia Scullen. 

Jeffrey was a graduate of Campbell Memorial High School. On December 31, 2015, Jeffrey fell in love and married Nicole. The two shared nine beautiful years of marriage. 

Hot rods were always a great interest of Jeffrey’s. He owned and built many throughout the years and was happy to share this with his brother-in-law. Above all, family was always number one in Jeffrey’s life. He was a wonderfully devoted husband, father, and grandfather. 

In addition to his wife, Nicole, he is survived by his son, James Jeffrey Scullen; stepdaughter, Krystle (John) Hale; brother, Daniel Phelps; sister, Andrea Phelps; three grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

Calling hours will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. with a funeral service to immediately follow on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home,11 Spring St., Struthers, Ohio 44471. 

Following the services the family invites everyone back to Jeffrey and Nicole’s house for a meal.
