Jeanne E. Ainsworth

Youngstown - Jeanne E. Ainsworth, 77, passed away on February 24, 2025 at Masternick Memorial Health Care Center after a long illness. 

Jeanne was born May 6, 1947 in Robinson, IL, a daughter of Marietta (Meny) and the late Alfred Hooker.

Her life was as colorful as the gardens she loved to keep. She was an amazing "Grammy" to her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, offering the best parts of herself to them. Never content to be in one place, Jeanne loved to travel the country and see new things and meet new people. 

She leaves behind her children, Jeannette (John Yarnell) Pizzuto of Austintown, Belinda (Chuck) Morjock of Poland, Lisa Pizzuto of Youngstown, and William Pizzuto of Austintown; her grandchildren, Katie (Alec), Karlie, Taylor, Kyle, John, Gavin, Sophia, and Olivia; her great-grandchildren, Christian, Marley, Vincent, Cecilia, and Grayson; and her siblings, Janet (Wayne) Noday and Pat (Reagan) Lamia. 

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Jill Stokley and Betty Noday; and brother, Joe Lamia.

In accordance with Jeanne's wishes, there will be no calling hours or services. 

The family would like to extend their deepest appreciation to the staff and doctors of Masternick Memorial and Hospice of the Valley for their compassionate care of Jeanne in her time of need.
