YOUNGSTOWN - Services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Davis-Becker Funeral Home for Jayne M. Liebau, 88, who passed away Friday morning at Briarfield Manor Assisted Living.
Mrs. Liebau was born Dec. 2, 1922, in Youngstown, a daughter of Jesse and Mabel Flemming Adams.
She was a homemaker and member of the Cornersburg AARP Chapter 3573 and the Zion Lutheran Church. She also volunteered at the Cornersburg Food Bank.
Her husband, Richard H. Liebau, whom she married Feb. 2, 1946, died Feb. 3, 1986.
Surviving her are a son, Richard Liebau of Youngstown; and three daughters, Rebecca (Larry) Wallace of Santa Rosa, Calif., and Marianne (Tom) Vaughn and Bonnie (Ron) Steeves, both of Austintown; as well as seven grandchildren, Dhyanna, Jordan, Jesse, Sarah, Mikah, Ryan, and Dylan.
Preceding her in death besides her husband and parents, were a daughter, Carrie Turcola; two brothers, Raymond and Glen Adams; and four sisters, Autumn Gregory, Mildred Heed, Helen Adams and Myra Anderson.
Friends may call on Tuesday from noon to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
