Jasperine Evelyn Jones, 95 Austintown- Jasperine Evelyn Jones, 95, of Austinwoods Health Care Center Formerly of E. Judson died Wednesday morning at the nursing home. Mrs. Jones was born July 10, 1908 in Irondale, Ohio, a daughter of Byron E. and Dr. Emma R. Ball Shreves. She came to Youngstown from Niles in 1926. She attended Youngstown Business College. She was a beautician for Strouss-Hirchsberg before becoming a social worker for Mahoning County Children Detention Home and St. Paulâa�a��s Children Home in Greenville. She was a member of the Unitarian Church in Youngstown and was an active member of several womenâa�a��s groups of the Masonic organization. Her husband Thomas Luther Jones whom she married July 4, 1956 died August 15, 1997 She leaves one daughter, Emma Lee Innocent of Austintown; one son, Everett Hedrick also of Austintown; two step-daughters, Jacqueline Jenkins of Youngstown, and Amanda Lee Gallagher of Sacramento; seven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Besides her parents and husband one son, John Hedrick, one step-daughter, Mary Lou Lewis and one sister, Sally Willard preceded her in death. Memorial services will be Wednesday, September 10, 7:00 PM at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers where friends may call from 6:00 PM until time of service
