James Reedy

Youngstown - James Reedy, 59 of Youngstown, Ohio, died Friday, March 13, 2009 at his residence. Mr. Reedy was born August 29, 1949 in Youngstown, a son of Clair "Herky" and Donna Miller Reedy. He was a lifelong area resident He was a graduate of Struthers High School and was Methodist by faith. He enjoyed Harley Davidson Motorcycles, gardening, canning, cooking, summer barbecues, family get togethers, sports, especially Kelly Pavlik fights, and most of all spending time with his family. Mr. Reedy worked as a Truck Driver. He is survived by his father, Clair "Herky" Reedy and his Step-Mother, Carol A Reedy, one niece, Heather L Shiminsky, one nephew, Michael T Shiminsky, one Step-Brother, Mark E. Morrison and two Step-Sisters, Kim A. Morrison and Margaret A (Eric) Porter . He was preceded in death by his mother Donna Reedy, and one sister Jean Shiminsky. Family and friends will be received Wednesday from 12:00 - 12:45 pm at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home in Struthers, where services will be conducted at 1:00 pm, with Skip Linebaugh, officiating.
