James W. Lockhart, 82 Youngstown- James W. Lockhart, 82, died Friday afternoon at Carrington South Nursing Home. He was born in Weston, West Virginia on October 31, 1922, son of Albert and Eva Smith Lockhart. Mr. Lockhart was a graduate of Weston High School. He was a security guard for Kane Secret Service, and in the 1960âa�a��s when it became Wells Fargo he became manager, before he retired in 1985. He was a veteran of the United States Army during WW II, serving as a guard on the Panama Canal. He leaves his wife, the former Lydia Paula Bednarik, whom he married June 3, 1959. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Leroy Lockhart; and a sister, Annabelle Roupe. There will be none services or calling hours.
