Howard Gough, 82 Austintown- Howard Gough, 82, formerly of Struthers died Monday morning at Aleterra Clare Bridge Cottage. He was born in Struthers January 14, 1922, a son of Alfred J. and Emma Mohr Gough. Mr. Gough was a 1940 graduate of Struthers High School. He worked in the Open Hearth as Stock House Foreman at Youngstown Sheet and Tube (LTV). He was a veteran of the United States Marines, serving in the Pacific during WWII. His wife the former Dorothy Abbott, whom he married May 10, 1947, died March 24, 1982. He leaves one sister, Jean Hoop of Struthers; one brother, Randall Gough of Flint, MI; and two grandchildren, Matthew and Daniel. Besides his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by one son, Daniel F. Gough; four step-brothers; Freddie, Philip, Wesley, and William Gough; and one sister, Dorothy Stone. A memorial service will be held Thursday 2PM at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers. Friends may call Thursday from 1:00-1:45 PM.
