Louisville - Helena DelBone, 81 of Louisville, OH, died Sunday, December 30, 2007 at her residence after a long illness. Mrs. DelBone was born June 17, 1926 in Youngstown, OH, a daughter of the late William and Helena Malavik Ferenchak. She came to Louisville five years ago from Springfield, Oregon where she had lived 27 years. She was a graduate of Youngstown Woodrow Wilson High School and was a member of the Eagles and Jednota. Her husband, Dominic, whom she married July 7, 1945 died August 10, 1997. She leaves six daughters, Darlene (Robert) Breinig, with whom she resided, Marlene Newlun of Ellensburg, Washington, Charlene DelBone of Austintown, Kathleen (Michael) Bibbee of Eugene, Oregon, JoAnn (Chris) Hallett and Annette (Bill) Peskor of Springfield, Oregon; 3 sons, Dominic (Jan) DelBone of Eugene, Oregon, Bill DelBone of Denver, Colorado, Nick (Jeannie) DelBone of Springfield, Oregon and a sister, Irma Kaminsky of Youngstown. She leaves 22 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother Irving Ferenchak. A Memorial service will be held at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, 270 N. Main Street, Poland, Ohio Wednesday, January 2, 2008 at 4:00 PM with Deacon Ray Hatala officiating where friends will be received from 3:00 P.M.-4:00 PM.
