Helen E. Harpman

Helen E. Harpman Boardman-Helen E. Harpman, 86, died Sunday evening at Beeghly Oaks Nursing Home. She was born in Mineral Ridge June 18, 1918, a daughter of Glen and Elva Byers Mrs. Harpman was a graduate of South High School and attended Youngstown College. She worked for Ohio Bell Telephone Company and also for her husband, Webster at Harpman & Harpman Patent Attorneyâa�a��s until 1994. She was past-President and member of League of Womenâa�a��s Voters. Her husband, Webster B. Harpman, whom she married November 17, 1937, died in February 2001. She leaves one son, Richard (Veronica) Harpman of Poland; one daughter, Susan (Jim) Noone of Towanda, Pennsylvania; four grandchildren; and seven great- grandchildren. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Wayne and Marvin Byers; and one son, Robert Harpman.
