Hazel Marie Titler

Hazel Marie Titler, 78 Petersburg- Hazel Marie Titler, 78, of 6565 E. South Range Rd., died Wednesday morning at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Mrs. Titler was born January 13, 1925 in Youngstown, a daughter of Roy L. and Sarah Guy Harrington. She lived in Youngstown until moving to Petersburg in 1977. For over 30 years she was a claims representative for Youngstown Osteopathic Hospital. She was a former member of the Free Methodist Church in New Middletown and was a 1943 graduate of East High School. Her husband Mark Albert Titler, Jr., whom she married August 17, 1946 died March 28, 1998. She leaves three daughters, Lillian Longo of Boardman, Amelia (Kenny) Mosser of Vienna and Carrie (Richard) Simmons of Canfield; four sons, Roy Titler at home, Mark A. (Dorothy) Titler III of Marysville, Harmon (Linda) Titler of Wooster and Kevin Titler of Mansfield; one sister, Sarah Mae Harmon of Petersburg; eighteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Besides her parents and husband, one grandson, Mark Mosser preceded her in death. Funeral services will be Friday, 10:00 AM at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers. Friends may call this evening from 5-8 PM. at the funeral home.
