He was born July 20, 1931, as the youngest of six children to Thomas and Dona (Coats) Potts in Houston, Missouri. He graduated from Houston High School in 1949. He retired as owner of Cultured Marble in North Lima.
He married the love of his life, Peggy Opsitnik, and would have been celebrating 52 years of a loving relationship on March 18,2024.
Together, they embraced family, their special dogs, and golf. They traveled worldwide experiencing many adventures. They contributed service to the community in several organizations.
Harry leaves behind his wife, Peggy, along with many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received from 4:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at the Davis-Becker Funeral Home in Boardman followed by a service in the chapel beginning at 6:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any tributes be made to either Angels for Animals or a charity of your choice.
