Struthers - Goldon F."Butch" Burrell, Jr., 56 of Struthers, died Sunday, May 25, 2008 at his residence. Mr. Burrell, Jr. was born Thursday, March 27, 1952 in Youngstown, a son of the Goldon F. and Anna R. Kapturasky Burrell, Sr. He was a 1970 graduate of East High School, and was a Truck Driver for Toys R Us . Mr. Burrell enjoyed auto mechanics, and attended Cross Roads Christian Church. He served our country in the United States Army, and the Air Force during Viet Nam, where he received the National Defense Service Medal, the Good Conduct Medal, the Marksman Badge. He is survived by his Fiancé, Barbara Baker of Struthers, a son Sean Burrell of North Dakota; a step-daughter, Samantha Baker of Struthers, one brother, James Burrell of Youngstown, two nieces, Marie Oliver of Warren, and Tammy Smallwood of Hubbard; three grandchildren, Chase Baker, Aley Baker and Grace Barta, an uncle David Burrell of Masury and numerous great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by Parents, a sister-in-law Mary Jane Burrell, and a step son, James Baker. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 am at the funeral home, where friends may call from 9:00 -9:45 am, interment will follow at Lake Park Cemetery.
