NILES âa�" Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the Davidson âa�" Becker Funeral Home in Struthers for Glenn Ross Snyder, 74, of Niles, formerly of Struthers, who passed Tuesday morning at Hospice House in Poland. Mr. Snyder was born Feb. 10, 1932 in Youngstown, a son of Charles Daniel and Irene Marie Luker Snyder Sr. and was a lifelong area resident. Mr. Snyder was a conductor for the Pittsburgh and Lake Erie Railroads after 32 years and retied in 1982, a member of Lynkirk Church of Christ, a member of United Transportation Union # 1443, a Korean War Veteran and a lifelong member of Korean War Veterans Chapter #137. Mr. Snyder is survived by his wife, the former, Donna J. Centric whom he married April 6, 1974; a daughter, Sherri Lynn Snyder of Struthers; two sons Darrell Lee Snyder of Austintown and Glenn Ross Snyder, Jr. of Struthers; sisters, Vera Morrison of Boardman, Jean Layne of Youngstown and Irene Baun of Youngstown; 13grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and expecting 2 great great grandchildren. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by sisters, Margaret Oliver, Dorothy Stanley, Stella Lynn and brothers, Harold Snyder and Charles D. Snyder.
