Glenn Daniels, 79 Struthers- Richard. Glenn Daniels, 79 of 636 Geneva died Monday evening at St. Elizabeth Health Center. Mr. Daniels, best known as Glenn was born November 6, 1925 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a son of Thomas and Martha Shaw Daniels. He was raised in Pittsburgh and lived in Kent and Columbiana before residing in Struthers in 1991. For over 40 years he was a Lithographer for Ballonoff Metal Company in Kent and Columbiana. Glenn was a World War II army veteran and received the Bronze Star and Combat Infantry Badge. He was a life member of the V.F.W. Post 2799, New Springfield and a 40 year member of the American Legion Post #290, Columbiana. Glenn was a 25 year Master Mason of the Allen Lodge, #276, Columbiana, a Cub Scout Master for 3 years in Kent and for many years coached little league baseball. He was a member of the First Congregational Church in Columbiana and attended Faith Community Church in Youngstown. His first wife the former Marilyn June High whom he married June 14, 1947 died April 10, 1990. He leaves his wife the former Mary Josey Wiscott whom he married May 26, 2000; two daughters, Lynn Daniels of Valencia, Pa., and Barbara (Ronald) Risko of Louisville, Ohio; two sons, Paul A. (Barb) Daniels of Chardon, Ohio and Richard G. (Tammie) Daniels, Jr., of Columbiana, Ohio; Two step-daughters, Carol Wiscott and Karen Wiscott; one stepson, Robert (Kitty) Wiscott; two sisters, Madge Seidel of Pittsburgh and Ruth A. Beller of Tampa, Florida; one brother, Paul A. Daniels of Pittsburgh; eight grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, eight step-grandchildren and 10 step-great-grandchildren. Two stepsons, Peter and Richard Wiscott, three sisters, Louise Faulkner, Grace J. Walters and Dorothy Durkin and three brothers, Thomas, Robert and John Daniels preceded him in death. Funeral Services will be Friday, 11:00 AM at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland. Friends may call Thursday from 5-8 PM at the funeral home.
