Geraldine Jane Earwood

Struthers - Geraldine Jane Earwood, 76, of 20 Elm Street, Struthers died Tuesday, September 25, 2007 at her residence. Mrs. Earwood was born August 11, 1931 in Struthers, a daughter of Harold and Pearl Ross McLaughlin. She was a life-long area resident. She was a 1950 graduate of Struthers High School and she was a homemaker. Mrs. Earwood was an auxiliary member of the VFW Post 3538 and a former member of the Eagles. Mrs. Earwood leaves two daughters, Darlene High of Seaford, VA and Deborah Earwood of Fayetteville, NC; two sisters, Myrtle Cunning of Struthers and Bernice Woods of Youngstown; three grandsons, Kenneth Earwood, Bryan High, and Robert High; and three great-grandchildren, Ashley, Kenny, and Nathan Earwood. Besides her parents, Mrs. Earwood was preceded in death by six sisters, Annabelle Stellar, Florence Walsh, Violet Lawrence, Eleanor Akers, Stella Kyle, and Lena King. A memorial service will be held Sunday, October 7th, 1:00 p.m. at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers where friends and family may call from 12:00-1:00 p.m. prior to the service.
