Gerald Lago

Gerald Lago, 72 LOWELLVILLE- Gerald Lago, 72, of 6027 Quarry Road died Monday afternoon at St. Elizabeth Health Care Center. Mr. Lago was born in Struthers November 1, 1930, a son of John R. and Grace Rohrbaugh and was a lifelong area resident. He was a truck driver for Ryder, Interstate Motors, and retired from Central States in 1976. He also was employed by Lyons and General Tire and Lynn Ambulance. Mr. Lago was a member of the Bethel Lutheran Church and the Teamsters. His wife, the former Lois Jane Anderson, whom he married December 17, 1949, died April 30, 1995. He leaves one daughter, Vicki Lago of Lowellville; and one granddaughter, Alicia (Derek) Stoner of Poland. He was preceded in death by one son, Gary Lago; and three sisters, Dorothy Lago, Wilda Kleschock, and Edith Schnieder. Funeral Services will be Thursday 1 PM at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Lowellville. Friends may call Wednesday from 5-8 PM at the funeral home.
