Youngstown- George D. Emery, 51, of Youngstown, died November 5, 2010 at St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center.
George was born December 29, 1958 in Youngstown, a son of George and Elaine Ensor Emery.
George received his GED and attended Youngstown State University. He worked as a dietary aide for Ivy Woods Manor for almost 10 years. He enjoyed fishing and camping.
He is survived by his partner, Paul Hale of Youngstown; two brothers, Richard Emery of Girard and Jamie (Antinette) Emery of Youngstown; two sisters, Lori (Tom) Hale of Marianna, PA and Gale Davidson of PA; and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Arleen and Marsha Emery.
A memorial service is to be announced at a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home in Struthers.
