Poland-George H. Dennick, 88, died on Friday, March 13, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown. He was born in Langdon, North Dakota to the late, Joseph and Mary Dennick. George retired from GAF Tile and Roofing in 1986, following 32 years of employment.
He was an avid recycler and would continually turn trash into treasure. He enjoyed woodworking, yardwork, gardening and was a jack of all trades. George was a simple man and proudly served his country in the United States Army.
He leaves his son and daughter-in-law, Jay and Melody Dennick; his grandson, Kash Dennick; his brother, Eddie and his sister, Evangeline.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Josephine, Elsie, Margaret and his brother, Joe.
In honoring his wishes, George will be cremated and laid to rest with his mother in North Dakota.
