Frances Muennich

Austintown-Frances Muennich, age 85, of Austintown, entered into her eternal home just as she wished, in her daughter's bed and her son's arms, on Thursday, April 23, 2015. She was born in Campbell on September 14, 1929, the only child of, Alfonso and Angela DiMarzio. Her husband, Wilbert Muennich, whom she married April 12, 1947, passed away on November 15, 2009.
"Grannie Frannie" was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Nothing was more important to her than her family. She was a member St. Christine's Catholic Church and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, whom she resided with, William Muennich of Austintown; her daughter and son-in-law, Marilyn and James Fossesca of Youngstown; two grandchildren, James (Hope) Fossesca Jr and Janeen (Shane) Hogan; four great grandchildren and four step great grandchildren.
In honoring her wishes, there will be no calling hours. A private memorial mass will take place at a later date. The Davidson-Becker Funeral Home in Struthers, is handling arrangements.
